About Us

Inspired LED LLC is a leading LED company and manufacturer offering the best in easy to use home, accent, retail, and specialty lighting. Based in Tempe, AZ the company manufactures its LED products and accessories in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area by friendly robots.

Since our initial pilot sales program launched in 2009, the Inspired LED team has worked hard to listen to what the customers and lighting industry demand, and are continually working to enhance the line. We are committed to developing reliable, high-quality LED lighting systems at very low prices and fast shipping. Inspired LED strives to make sure that our customers come first. Our products utilize accessories compatible with all our light strips and panels, and come in kits or custom designs for easy configuration and assembly. All of our lighting systems can be installed in minutes, without any tools.

Inspired LED holds many technology patents, and patents pending, as well as UL Listing for its product line.

Jim Levante

CEO & Chief Designer

Jim has extensive experience in design and mechanical engineering. Prior to starting Inspired LED in 2008, Jim founded companies that designed minimally invasive surgical tools and crystal oscillators, as well as serving in many design and engineering capacities at companies in the Silicon Valley.  Originally from Syracuse, NY, Jim lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for several years, before relocating his home and business to Scottsdale, AZ in the Spring of 2011. Jim is married and has twin daughters.

Cheryl Jang

General Manager

Cheryl’s background is in Purchasing, Operations, and Sales Analysis and Planning. Cheryl has a degree in Retail Merchandising from FIDM.  Prior to joining Jim at Inspired LED in 2010 Cheryl worked in various operations and planning capacities in retail and the videogame industry for 20+ years. When she’s not working, Cheryl enjoys traveling to California, Hawaii, and New York.

Tanner Leland

Engineering Manager

Tanner is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He specializes in mathematical analyses, technical writing, and product design. Tanner's areas of responsibility include engineering, quality assurance, technical support and UL, MET, and vendor compliance. As an Arizona native, Tanner is an avid fan of the Arizona Cardinals.

Caitlin Donnelly

Sales and Marketing Manager

Originally from sunny San Diego, Caitlin relocated to even sunnier Arizona after a year of working and traveling in Southeast Asia. She is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Sociology and Psychology. Her experience in sales, customer service, and marketing has enabled her to work throughout many segments of the company. Caitlin believes life isn’t complete without plenty of traveling.

Garrett Introcaso

Manufacturing Manager

Garrett has been instrumental in streamlining manufacturing processes and process improvements. He also assists in the training and supervision of assemblers, and managing factory workload.   In addition to his managerial duties, Garrett is a full time student at ASU and plans to graduate in 2013 with a degree in Communications.  Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Garrett is an avid SF Giants and 49ers fan. Garrett is also fluent in Spanish.
